Returns & Exchanges

At YETI, we stand by the quality of our apparel and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the items reach our warehouse.
